The Methodist Church

Llangollen Methodist Church is part of the wider Methodist Church in Britain, a mainstream Christian Church. We seek to work in partnership with Christians from other denominations whenever possible.

However, there are certain emphases in the Methodist culture which make it distinctive. Methodists have always been clear that no-one is beyond the reach of God's love. Salvation is available for everyone who turns to God, not just a chosen few.

This is traditionally summarised as:

• All need to be saved.
• All may be saved.
• All may know themselves saved.
• All may be saved to the uttermost.
